This document (click here for pdf) announces the postponement of the decision by the ECC Development and Regulation Committee on 29th September, so that a site visit may be made to EAG by County Councillors.
The Fete was a total success and raised £3,400 !!!
I can't approximate how many people turned out, but what an excellent job. There were many people there, I would hazard a guess at 600 but did anyone count ?
There was a football game, bouncy castle, splat the rat, book stall, food stall, beer tent, welly throwing, scottish dancing, a very entertaining DJ/master of ceremonies and don't forget the tug of war(s). The weather could not have been better and raising so much money for EAGAG it was added benefit.
